When you use Noresume, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. By creating an account or using our Services, you are entering into a legally binding contract with NORESUME LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not create an account or use our Services.

Noresume is a B2B services marketplace that connects Businesses offering professional services with Clients who need them. Our Services include:
Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
User Types:
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through our platform or by email. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
You agree to:
For Businesses: If you are self-employed, operating as a sole trader, partnership, or through a limited company, you may be required to verify your business and tax registration status.

For Clients:
Platform Fees: When you successfully engage a Business through Noresume, you agree to pay our platform fee calculated as:
Formula: Maximum of (£199, Project Value × 1%)
Examples: £30,000 project = £300 fee; £80,000 project = £800 fee
When Due: Upon acceptance of service agreement
For Businesses:
All users must treat others with respect and professionalism, provide accurate information in profiles and service listings, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, not engage in discrimination, harassment, or fraudulent activity, and use the platform only for legitimate business purposes.
You Own Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, service descriptions, messages).
License You Grant Us: You grant Noresume a non-exclusive license to use your content to provide and improve our Services, match Businesses with relevant opportunities, show your profile to potential clients, display service listings, and develop and improve our matching system.
Our Commitments: We will not use your content in third-party advertisements without your consent. We will honor your privacy settings. We may use anonymized and aggregated data for platform improvements. You can remove content by deleting it or closing your account.
We use algorithms to match Businesses with suitable opportunities, recommend service providers to Clients based on requirements, analyze market data, and improve platform performance.
Important: Automated matching may not always be perfect. Both Businesses and Clients should review all matches and recommendations carefully.
What We Do: Provide a platform for business connections, process payments between parties, facilitate communication, and verify certain information (such as VAT registration).
What We Don't Do:
Noresume and our logos, trademarks, and platform design are owned by NORESUME LTD. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.
We reserve the right to limit the number of proposals, messages, or service listings; suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; remove content that violates our policies; change or discontinue any Service features; and restrict access for quality or security reasons.
What Data We Collect: Account information, professional profiles and portfolios, company information and service listings, messages and communications, platform usage data, and for VAT-registered businesses: VAT number, company name, and registered address.
Data Storage: Our servers are located in West Europe (London), United Kingdom.

We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), authentication (Firebase), VAT verification (HMRC VAT API), video interviews (Daily.co), and infrastructure (AWS, Supabase). These third parties process data according to their own privacy policies.
Service Listings: Fees for service listings are displayed before purchase and may vary based on features selected.
Platform Fees: Charged when a service provider is successfully engaged through our platform. Calculated as the maximum of £199 or Project Value × 1%. Payable within 14 days of invoice. Non-refundable once work commences.
Subscriptions: Billed automatically at start of each period. Cancel before renewal date to avoid future charges. No refunds for partial periods.
VAT will be added to fees where applicable under UK law. VAT-registered businesses are responsible for charging VAT on their services. We will verify VAT registration status for businesses who claim it.
Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We may provide transaction records but are not tax advisors. Consult a tax professional for your specific situation.
NO WARRANTY: Noresume is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties about uninterrupted or error-free service, accuracy of service listings or business information, quality of matches or recommendations, successful engagements, or user conduct or performance.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; lost profits or business opportunities; loss of data or information; poor service performance or unsuccessful business relationships; disputes between users; or third-party actions.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of:
(A) Fees you paid to Noresume in the past 12 months, or
(B) £1,000
Exceptions: These limitations do NOT apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You Can: Close your account at any time and stop using our Services.
We Can: Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, remove content that violates our policies, and terminate for any reason with notice.
Upon termination: you lose access to the Services, outstanding payments remain due, certain obligations survive (payment obligations, liability disclaimers), and we may retain data as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes must be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
For EU Consumers: If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also have the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Noresume.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. You cannot transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms to affiliates or in connection with a business sale.
We will send notices through the platform, email to your registered address, or physical mail to your provided address. Keep your contact information current to receive important notices.
If you believe content or conduct violates these Terms, contact us at support@nresume.com.
For disputes between users: Try to resolve directly first. Contact our support team for assistance. We may facilitate but are not obligated to resolve user disputes.
For disputes with Noresume: Contact us to try to resolve informally. If unresolved, follow dispute resolution procedures under English law.
